William H. Groner is Chief Executive Officer of SSAM. Prior to starting the company, Bill had over 35 years of experience in personal injury and construction law representing personal injury clients as well as insurance and surety companies. During those years Bill has participated in countless mediations and hundreds of negotiations involving settlements in excess of $1,000,000,000.
Notably, for nearly a decade, Bill co-managed the 9/11 Mass Tort representing over 10,000 first responders, construction workers, volunteers and others who were exposed to various Ground Zero toxins and contaminants during the post 9/11 clean up. Bill was a principal negotiator and architect of the resulting settlement in excess of $800,000,000.
