Ann Wang has practiced for over 15 years as an in-house trial attorney for the largest auto carrier in New York State and has extensive experience in personal injury and no-fault law. She is a strong supporter and advocate for Alternative Dispute Resolution strategies and is a skilled negotiator. Her career began as a litigation attorney with the largest in-house no-fault office in the country where her artful negotiation skills were instrumental in resolving hundreds of cases without court intervention through bulk settlements. Ms. Wang served as the Chair of the NYSBA Trial Lawyers Section Committee on No-Fault Law from 2007-2011. As a litigator, Ms. Wang handled personal injury and no-fault cases from inception through trial and is a thoughtful, analytical and zealous advocate for her clients. She has taken countless trial verdicts in Queens, New York, and Kings counties and has attended hundreds of arbitrations and mediations. Ms. Wang has developed an excellent rapport with both the plaintiff and defense bars and is known for her legal acumen, quick wit, and ability to assess and value cases with accuracy.
