Mr. Cassidy has been trying personal injury cases in the courts of the State of New York for more than 30 years, and has been serving as a mediator/arbitrator for almost 15. Now as an exclusive neutral for SSAM ADR, he still finds time to take a verdict or two as trial counsel for both plaintiffs and defendants.

As a Past President of the Bronx County Bar Association, and with well over 100 jury verdicts to his credit, Mr. Cassidy brings a wealth of courtroom experience and credibility to his ADR practice. His decades “in the trenches” on both sides of litigation have fostered empathy, understanding, and deep legal insight into even the most complex personal injury and labor law matters.
