Barry Liebman has been committed to the practice of law for nearly 40-years, enjoying a long and distinguished legal career. For the past 25 years, he has devoted himself to Labor Law and Construction Site accidents.

Mr. Liebman has amassed a defining body of case work and legal study, earning respect and admiration from colleagues, adversaries, and the judiciary alike. Mr. Liebman has successfully represented clients in the New York State Appellate Division and the Court of Appeals. He has mediated numerous multi-million-dollar catastrophic personal injury matters including cases involving construction, premises liability, slip and fall, ladder/scaffolding, and automobile matters.

By his own admission, Mr. Liebman is a “law man”, an expert on the New York State Labor Law and Industrial Code. He considers this distinction one of his greatest assets.
