Fredric D. Rubin, Esq.

Pennsylvania

Fredric D. Rubin, Esq. has been practicing law for over 46 years, earning a distinguished reputation as both a results-oriented litigator and a determined mediator and problem solver.
In the arena of Personal Injury, Rubin has successfully litigated scores of cases for both defendants and plaintiffs, in both state and federal court, reaching settlements through mediation, arbitration or trial verdict. Rubin’s cases have involved motor vehicle accidents, fall downs and other premises liability claims, products liability claims, serious injury, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death claims.

Rubin also enjoys an active practice in both Family Law and Criminal Law where he has served clients in matters involving summary offenses, misdemeanors, or felonies, including traffic offenses, DUI, drug offenses, theft, or assault charges.

In 1987, Rubin began years of training around the country developing his highly recognized Mediation skills. Rubin has been a faculty member in Mediation trainings for other attorneys and offers Mediation services to guide disputing parties to settle their differences constructively and fairly. Rubin was probably one of the first attorneys in Pennsylvania to become involved in Mediation, and in 2009, he expanded his services to include Collaborative Law.

“As a Mediator I work hard to help both sides develop a thorough and shared understanding of the issues in dispute and to assist the parties in understanding each other’s respective needs and interests”, says Rubin. “In the Mediation process I do not represent one party against the other. Rather, I guide both parties to help them identify practical, fair, solutions. Mediation is private and confidential. I take the time to facilitate the discussions and negotiations so you and the other side can work through the issues and reach your mutual resolution, rather than pushing anyone to an outcome with which one or both parties are not comfortable”.

Rubin is a 1975 graduate of Villanova Law School, top 15%, and a 1972 graduate of Franklin & Marshall College, Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa.
