Maria Hanford, Esq.

Ms. Hanford has more than 20 years of ADR experience and is especially known for her negotiation skills as well as her ability to identify and address the significant elements of a case.

Hanford is experienced in diverse areas of law including employment, discrimination, sexual harassment, commercial, healthcare, insurance, and family law. Ms. Hanford now spends the majority of her time participating within the ADR community as a neutral, where her experience and her a unique blend of attorney, business woman, and negotiator has made her an ADR specialist.

Hanford received her Bachelor of Science from St. John’s University and her Juris Doctor from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.
