Richard Conner has 46 years of experience in representing both plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation, insurance defense, including the defense of general liability, motor vehicle tort, products liability, UM arbitration matters, construction litigation, and worker’s compensation cases. He has had in excess of 250 jury and bench trials in Massachusetts State Courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Conner also has 25 years’ experience serving as an Arbitrator or Mediator, primarily in Personal Injury matters.
