Zachary Fasman, Esq.

Zachary Fasman is a nationally known expert in labor and employment law. His career spans five decades and his expertise includes both employment discrimination law – where he served as National Co-Chair of Paul Hastings’ employment discrimination law practice – and labor law. He has substantial trial and appellate experience, including two successful arguments in the United States Supreme Court, and has been involved in hundreds of mediations and arbitrations. He is a long-time member of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers; an emeritus member of the Advisory Board of the New York University Law School’s Center for Labor and Employment law; has consistently been rated in Band One by Chambers USA; was elected to Lawdragon’s Hall of Fame for career achievement, and has written three books and published many articles on labor and employment law. He retired from Proskauer Rose in 2019 and has extensive training in mediation from the Straus Institute at Pepperdine School of Law and elsewhere.
