Judith Meyer, Esq. has served solely as a neutral for twenty years. She is a Distinguished Neutral in the International Academy of Mediators where she served on the Board. She is a Fellow in the College of Commercial Arbitrators. She taught negotiation and mediation at Cornell Law School, her alma mater, for fourteen years. She won the 2016 Pennsylvania Bar Association Sir Francis Drake Award for Excellence in Mediation. She serves as a Judge Pro Tem/Settlement Master for the Commerce Court of Philadelphia and the Court of Common Pleas. She has served as a Discovery Referee for Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court. She has mediated more than 1000 complex commercial claims involving the insurance, re-insurance, pharmaceutical, construction, franchise, financial and medical services industries. She has also mediated more than 200 personal injury, products liability, medical and legal malpractice cases. She writes and lectures frequently on all topics ADR.
