SSAM Alternative Dispute Resolution is proud to announce that Daniel D. Cassidy, Esq. has been named a Top 10 Individual Arbitrator in the New York Law Journal’s 2026 “Best Of” survey. An honor determined by the votes of the New York attorney community.

Mr. Cassidy has litigated personal injury cases in the courts of New York State for more than 30 years, and has served as a mediator and arbitrator for nearly 15 years. As a Past President of the Bronx County Bar Association and with well over 100 jury verdicts to his name, he brings decades of courtroom experience to his ADR practice — insight that has helped him build a strong record of successful case resolutions across both the plaintiff and defense bar.

Now practicing as an exclusive neutral for SSAM ADR across New York and Florida, Mr. Cassidy has expanded his mediation and arbitration work while continuing to serve as an NFLPA and MLBPA Certified Agent, representing players through Easton Sports Group LLC.
