Judge Gerard Rosenberg Joins SSAM panel of Neutrals

February 20, 2019 – New York, NY – SSAM ADR, an award-winning dispute resolution firm, welcomes Judge Gerard Rosenberg to the panel of mediators and arbitrators.

While on the bench, Judge Rosenberg developed a reputation as a highly effective settlement conscientious mediator. He was known for his intellect, thorough preparation and command of the issues. He brings these qualities to his ADR practice, where he will concentrate on all types of civil tort matters, with an emphasis on medical malpractice, labor law, personal injury, and complex commercial cases. Judge Rosenberg presided over the Medical Malpractice Trial Readiness Conference Part for nearly eight years. He has facilitated thousands of settlements during his 27 years on the bench and looks forward to helping lawyers resolve cases through mediation.
