Neil L. Salters, Esq.
Neil Salters is and has been a Legal, Operational, and Claims Advisor for insurance carriers, law firms, and start-ups on both a national and international level specializing in operations, negotiation, case evaluation, and litigation management. As an insurance company executive for both national and regional insurance companies, Neil has successfully created and enhanced operations and programs across all Lines of Business and focused on complex issue resolution.
Over his career, Neil has resolved over two thousand cases on behalf of the defense, through both mediation and binding arbitration and has managed a national ADR program. He earned a JD from Pace School of Law in 1979 and is licensed in both the Federal and New York State bar. Neil is also a published legal author on topics such as case evaluation and the use of engineering experts in products liability litigation.
