Hon. Edward G. McCabe’s history of public and judicial service at the highest levels is a testament to his character, integrity and experience. From his work as County Attorney, to Supreme Court Justice, then to Chief Administrative Judge of Nassau County and finally to his appointment as Presiding Justice of the Appellate Term in the Second Judicial Department, he has given decades of his professional life to the betterment of the court system. Notably he has been a pioneer in Alternative Dispute Resolution, having established novel ADR programs in the Courts and has been a member of the Unified Court System’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Advisory Committee. His vast experience, knowledge and wonderful temperament, coupled with inspiring wisdom make him a favorite of counsel seeking ADR.
